September 27, 2019 in the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held a meeting of the Oracle Commission for Social Partnership and Regulation of Social and Trade Affairs.
The meeting was attended by parties to social partnership: authorized state body represented by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; employers, Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, KAZENERGY Association; representatives of workers represented by branch trade unions: PA Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Industrial Trade Union, PA Kazakhstan Industry Professional Union of the Oil and Gas Complex, PA Industrial Union of Chemical, Petrochemical and Related Industrial Workers.
At the meeting, changes were made to the composition of the members of the industry commission from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and employers in connection with personnel changes.
Information was heard on the development of the draft Sectoral Agreement in the oil and gas, oil refining and petrochemical sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2022. The working group will continue to work in accordance with the Work Plan and plans to submit a final draft for signing at the next meeting of the Sectoral Commission before the end of this year.
The information of KING JSC on the progress in the development of professional standards in the oil and gas industry has been noted, the work will be continued in accordance with the schedule for the development of the sectoral framework of qualifications and professional standards in the oil and gas industry and present at the next meeting of the Industry Commission final draft professional standards for further approval in the NPP Atameken.
