A regular meeting of the "Coordinating Council for Financial and Economic Issues" chaired by the General Director A. Magauov was held at KAZENERGY Association on September 17, 2018.

The meeting agenda included the following issues:

1. Current status on proposals regarding amendments and additions to the Tax Code.
2. Comparison of PSA tax regimes and alternative subsoil use tax.
3. Improvement of legislation on natural monopolies.
4. Liquidation of subsoil use consequences (liquidation fund charges).
5. Proposals regarding amendments to the regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget”, Law on Natural Monopolies", Law "On Electric Power Industry").
6. Cooperation with Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
