The review of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency is a study of the policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency carried out by the Energy Charter Secretariat and KAZENERGY Association with the support of the Energy Center of the Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas and KEGOC.
The main objective of the review is to create an independent and objective assessment of the current situation and develop appropriate recommendations, as well as strengthen international cooperation and exchange of Kazakhstan's experience with the countries-parties of the Treaty.
The main tasks of this work are:
1. Comprehensive review of the current state of the policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of energy efficiency.
2. Analysis of key problems and barriers, impeding the successful implementation of energy efficiency policies by economic sectors.
3. Review of the best practices of developed countries in the field of energy efficiency and development of recommendations aimed at improving the mechanisms of state regulation.
