The KAZENERGY Association is a permanent member of working groups under the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which discuss amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Natural Monopolies", as well as regulatory legal acts adopted for its implementation.

At the suggestion of the KAZENERGY Association and its members, over 80 amendments to the Law and over 150 amendments to regulations were discussed.
